I can hardly believe my “little Gabriel” is starting second grade today. Wow only 10 more school years left (which is quite amusing since it has been exactly 10 since i graduated school). Man how time flies. Right now he is playing soccer and may i brag that he is so talented where soccer is concerned. Anyway back to him starting second grade. It seems like just yesterday he was a little bitty boy starting kindergarten but my how he has grown into such a little man. He makes me proud every school year with his accomplishments and I know this year will be no different. Stay tuned b/c soon i will be posting pics of he and aidan in uniform (this is aidan’s first year for soccer). Well all you parents out there treasure each moment with your child because at some point they will be too cool to have you walk them to the bus stop. Or in Gabriels exact words “mom i am a second grader now you don’t have to walk with me” Hmm i am not ready for this thing known as children growing up.
