Free Advertising With Sponsorship To BlogHer ’09

I am currently looking for sponsors that would be willing to donate toward or pay for completely the costs of my trip to BlogHer ‘O9. This would be a great way to advertise for your blog and/or company.Â
Here is a little about the BlogHer Conference taken from the BlogHer Site:
Building on the momentum of four consecutive sold-out annual conferences, BlogHer ’09 will bring bloggers from every corner of the blogosphere together for hands-on learning, rich discussions, opportunities to meet with the brands that support them and plentiful networking opportunities. BlogHer ’09 will take place on July 23-25, bringing over one thousand attendees together to celebrate 2009’s theme: “In Real Life.â€Â
One of the number one reasons we all attend BlogHer every year, whether coming for the first time or as an old-timer, is to meet our online community “in real life”. So after five years we think it’s a great time to celebrate the fact that our blogging, whether personal, professional or political, has brought us real work, real friends, real satisfaction and is most definitely a significant part of our real life!Â
BlogHer ’09 will be at the The Chicago Sheraton and Towers from July 23-25, 2009. We will kick off on Thursday July 23rd with out third annual BlogHer Business Conference, and will continue with the two-day 5th annual BlogHer Annual Conference on Friday and Saturday, July 24-25.Â
As of right now the costs of the trip would be as follows:
Registration if completed before February 29 – $198.00 (this is for the full conference and all that is included with it.
Hotel cost (the rate they have locked in for the block of rooms reserved) is $199/night which I would need 3 nights (July 23, 24 and 25).
Flight Cost as of the time I am posting this will be $406.00Â
Of course these costs are all subject to change depending on how quickly I receive my sponsorships. In return for sponsoring me to attend Blog Her “09 each sponsor that participates will receive premium advertising on my site for a full year from the time they sponsor. I will add all sponsors buttons and/or links to the top of my sponsors area. As well as do a post publicly thanking my sponsors on both my blog, A Daily Dose of Toni.
By sponsoring me I will add your button and/or link to my Sponsor Area for a certain length of time. Â Length of stay in sponsor area will be as follows:
$25.00 ~ One full month in my sponsor area
$50.00~ Three full months from time of sponsorship in my sponsor area
$100.00 ~ Six Full months in my sponsor area from time of sponsorship
$200.00 ~ 1 full year in my sponsor area from time of sponsorship
*If any sponsor decides they want to sponsor the entire amount of the trip or cover one of the areas listed above in full, instead of just donate, I will offer them 1.5 Â years of advertisement on my blog from the time of sponsorship. This will mean great exposure for your company or blog to upwards of 10000 visitors on my site per month.Â
Please direct any company you think would be interested in sponsorship for advertising as well. I greatly appreciate you taking the time to consider this opportunity as it really will be a great chance for all involved.Â

I cannot help with your financial needs, but I thank you for posting about BlogHer. I did not know about BlogHer, but just went and signed up. Maybe I’ll get to go. I’ll have to ask my man tonight. I hope he says yes. hehe

Hey Toni.. I know you are galavanting around BlogHer right now and I am JEALOUS.. however I decided to star looking at things and putting my hat out there for BlogHer 2010!
Thanks for posting this, it was helpful for me to see a friend have something up that put a shout out for sponsorship. I am getting my media packet ready and I would LOVE advice on it… tips like… how to get Swag to pass out, etc.
