Aloha Friday #17: A Tribute of Sorts
It is with heavy heart that I post this Aloha Friday. As many of you now know yesterday, two icons in our world passed away. Farah Fawcett passed away after a long battle with the horrible disease cancer and Michael Jackson died from cardiac arrest.
It was such a shocking and sad day for the world with the loss of these 2. Sure you and I may not like some of the things that we heard about them but none the less these were two stars who made an impact on so many over the decades. So for my Aloha Friday in a bit of a tribute to the late Farah Fawcett and Michael Jackson what I want to know is:
What was your favorite Farah movie and/or show?
What was your favorite MJ song?
No matter how you feel about these people for just a moment take time to remember that they two were parents and so now there are children (grown and young) that have lost a parent and that is something that breaks my heart, so keep those children and their familes in your prayers. Aloha!

I guess I'm a little young for Farrah, but my favorite MJ song is Dirty Diana.
I don't really have a Farrah fave, but hands down, my favorite Michael song is "Man in the Mirror".
He was an amazing artist, no matter how strange his life. What a loss.
I loved Charlie's Angels…..always watched every.single.week! I loved MJ's Thriller.

I actually grew up with the early Jackson 5 stuff. You know- before all of the 'funny surgeries'.
My fav Farrah show has got to be Charlie's Angels. My parents used to let me stay up extra late watching it when I was a child

I'm going to take the obvious route and say I love the Charlie's Angels episodes when Farah was on.
For MJ, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the song, "The Way You Make Me Feel".
Yesterday was a sad day, indeed.
I love Human Nature by MJ!! This is so sad and both a HUGE losses!
I loved Charlies Angels. I watched it as a kid. As for MJ. Oh goodness I grew up with him. I loved all of his music. They'll both be missed by me.

I loved Charlies Angels. I loved all things MJ in the mid 80's, must of watched the Thriller video 100 times.
I loved Charlie's Angels and Thriller, Beat It and so many more of Michaels songs. Yes, I did have a crush when I was a very little kid
I think Farrah did a movie called The Burning Bed. It was good.
Favorite MJ song – That is so hard.
I really like Human Nature though.

Song: Thriller (since the music video was the coolest thing way back then-yes I am old enough to recall it).
I don't really know enough of Farrah's work to declare a favorite. But I did love MJ's music!
Loved the Bionic Woman, and my favorite MJ song of all time will always be Billie Jean.
To be honest, I don't think I've ever seen a Farrah movie. All I know her from was Charlies Angels and that was only in mention but from actual experience.
As for MJ, I was given, at 3 years old, the Thriller album on vinyl. Human Nature is my fave MJ song.
I like Charlies Angels for Farah and I was never really a big Michael fan…but I do remember Rockin' Robbin as being one that was fun.
I think that Farrahs acting high point was "The Burning Bed", and Michael Jacksons best song to me was "Ben".

Definitely Charlie's Angels. I was not really a Michael Jackson fan, but I think he was incredibly talented person.
Not sure about Farrah, but my mom says I loved watching Charlies Angels w/her when I was little. But, MJ was more first love and my fave song was Beat It and/or PYT. So, you're going to SITScation, huh?! Awesome! Can't wait.
