I was contacted by Ragged Edge Gear and asked if I would like to do a review.  Upon checking out their site I jumped on this opportunity because once I saw their items, I just knew I wanted to spread the word about them.

I was sent one of their 2 pocket folders and one of their portfolios to review.

I noticed right off what great quality their products are made of.  The folder is made from heavy duty sailcloth laminate.  With durability unlike any folders today it’s one that you can guarantee will last for years.  With my family we tend to have accidents with spills and one thing I loved is that the folder is water proof so no smeared ink here.  The charcoal gray color with the teal trim is not only eye catching it’s hip too.  Everyone in your child’s school will be wanting to know where they got the folder from.

The portfolio has the same construction, very durable and waterproof.  The big difference is the velcro closing (and of course it is only one pocket).  The velcro was so strong I had to put a little elbow grease into it to open it.   Which with children in school that’s a good thing, one less lost homework to complain about, there is no way any homework (or office papers if you want one for yourself) are getting out of this baby.  Keep important papers where you can find them and away from spills in this portfolio.  I love the color combination of the one they sent me, the dark charcoal gray with hot pink trim is absolutely the perfect pairing.  Now while your son or husband may not want to carry this particular color scheme they do have several others on Ragged Edge Gear you can choose from.

Now not only do they carry the above review items, Ragged Edge also carries wallets, purse handbags, tote bags, gear bags and all sorts of office/school gear.  They are perfect for  your school aged child, your office or just a place to keep your bills if home is your work.  Ragged Edge Gear is not only appealing visually (and we all know that is a big thing with school aged kids) but it is also sturdy to take on the toughest conditions, I should know I have Hurrican Bella living in my home and they survived her.
