Clorox Toilet Wand Review & Giveaway ~ 3 Winners (10/26)

CloroxAs a mom, I have had Clorox in my life well, since I was  child.  For washing clothes, getting stains out, disinfecting Clorox has been a staple in my household all my life.  I am here to share with you one of the products I love most from Clorox, the toilet wand.

Clorox Toilet WantI am not very into bathroom cleaning…AT ALL.  I think the bathroom is disgusting and germy and normal toilet bowl brushes are just germs on a stick.  I mean seriously think what you are cleaning with that brush and then we just let it sit right there in a holder, eww I get the heebie jeebies just thinking about it.  Well never fear, in comes the Clorox Toilet Wand.  This disposable toilet cleaner, disinfects, cleans and best of all goes right to the trash so no more germ infested brushes in my bathroom.

The Clorox Toilet Wand is very easy to assemble.

You simply place the handle in the handle holder on the caddy and a the swivel scrubby heads inside.  When you are ready to tackle your bathroom you simply take the handle and click one of the swiveling heads on and off you go.  I love the swivel aspect because instead of having to be a contortionist to get the brush around the bowl you simply go round and the swivel head does all the work. It made my toilet cleaning so much easier.  You can choose to do a quick cleaning and simply clean and flush or disinfect.

The wand did a wonderful job cleaning the inside of the bowl and I loved being able to get way up under the rim. Most of the time I couldn’t even do that with my old toilet brush.  After I finished cleaning, I said goodbye to the germs as I simply ejected the cleaning pad into the garbage.

Goodbye Germy Brush and Nasty Toilet, Hello Porcelain Beauty!

When I say there were germs in my toilet, I mean there were germs there were in my toilet!  I thought about showing you a picture but it was well putting it bluntly…YUCKO.  Hey I said the bathroom is my least favorite task so  I am not a daily or even every couple of days bathroom cleaner.  There I said it…I let days go by before I clean my toilet.  It’s not growing mold or anything but, well, it’s not pretty.

I start the far end of the bathroom and work my way to the door. Then I mop. Right now I use wipe in my toilet, but this looks like it will be much better!

  26. Kimberly says:

I usually start by spraying everything down and letting it sit (procrastinating) while I clean the rest of the house. When I can’t put it off any longer, I clean the sink and mirror, the bath tub, and finally the toilet and mop. No fun!

  27. Precious Williams says:

  30. Gayla says:

My routine is not very consistent. When it looks like it needs cleaned I do it. I spray lysol everywhere, or use the wipes if I have any. Then I pour bleach in the toilet and use the toilet brush to clean then flush. Done.

  31. Heather O'donnell says:

My bathroom cleaning routine consists of nagging my husband until he finally gets around to cleaning it. It really isn’t an effective routine. :-)

  32. Tammy says:

To get in and out of there quickly with getting it clean

  33. Jennifer says:

I hate cleaning the toilet bowl but this would make my chores easier!

  35. Tisha Hutchings says:

  50. Edyta says:

With a toddler who follows my every step I either clean it as fast as I can with the yucky reguler toilet bowl brush, which then I have to hide, or I do it when my DD is asleep but by that time I am usually half asleep myself so it’s very likely I miss a spot or two :) Clorox Toilet Wand would make my job so much easier.
