THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED!
As a mom with 2 children in school who are sometimes very picky about what they eat, meaning 3/4 of the time they want a home packed lunch rather than the one the school has, I am always looking for a way to make lunches more efficiently.  Along comes Easy Lunchboxes, something that helps with the lunch packing process and makes for less trash, which in return is helping me to be a little more “green” .  Usually it was 3 sandwich bags, one for the sandwich, one for the chips and one for the treat.  So everyday between my two boys they were throwing away 6 sandwich bags.  Not to mention sometimes their food would get smushed.  What is a mother to do?
Easy Lunchbox is a 3 compartment container, one main compartment perfect for the sandwich or main entree.  Two smaller compartments perfect for dips, sides or in my case chips and the treat.  My kids go to school with nothing smushed and they  are doing their part to help the environment even if in a small way.  Because the containers are dishwasher safe they are not throwing ANY trash away at lunch anymore (their drinks are in their thermos so they already brought those home).
How did Easy Lunchboxes come to be? Â No worries I was just headed in that direction:
Kelly Lester is the mom behind the lunchbox.  Easy Lunchboxes was born out of Kelly’s innate ability to do things efficiently while on a shoestring budget, and her desire to send her daughters to school with simple, healthy food, with little to no extra packaging or ingredients. Her past struggle with weight control inspires her to teach and model healthy eating habits for her children, and has fueled her dedication to always send them off to school with a great lunch. (Taken from site)
What you may not (or may if you read my blog regularly) is that I work evenings as a Pharmacy Technician, I only work a 4 hour shift 6-10. Â Working only a 4 hour shift I don’t get a dinner break but rather one 15 minute break. Â At home I usually don’t eat dinner until about 6:30/7:00 so having to eat by 5 I usually am wanting a snack around 7:30/8:00 when it’s time for my break, but I don’t want to shell out 1.00 for vending machine chips or a candy bar. Â Easy Lunchbox has remedied that situation for me. Â I can easily make a sandwich and some fruit to eat on my 15 minute break. Â More often than not though I will put carrots and celery in the main compartment with peanut butter and ranch in the two small compartments. Â Or strawberries and apples with caramel and yogurt in the small. Â It’s great to be able to bring a healthy snack for my breaks.
If you want to purchase a system for yourself you can get the 4Â compartmentalized containers for $13.95 and the cooler box for $7.95 over at Easy Lunchbox.

I like the Olive lunchbox.
I like the green color
I love this idea for a lunch box. I am came across the Easy Lunch Boxes while researching the best lunch boxes for my twin boys who will be in 1st grade next year and therefore, will be going to school all day. We would like the aqua blue lunch box if we are chosen. Thank you!
It is all about red for my son.
I like the purple
If I win I would like the green.
I would choose the Purple. Thanks.
I subscribe to your emails.
So it’s a good size for an adult? Given it’s geared towards kids’ lunches, I wasn’t sure if it was like the bentos, and “sized”. Either way, it looks pretty nifty. =) The two compartment take-alongs aren’t bad, but sometimes it’s a bit too much for one side and variety would be nice.
Classic black.
I like the purple but the Aqua Blue would be the one for my son
