My questions for today are well ,plain and simple, because I am so tired I want to hear about things to do with sleep or lack there of:
How long is the longest you have stayed awake without sleep?
How much sleep do you need to “feel good” all day?
When you don’t get enough sleep what are some ways you get through the day until you can catch up on sleep?
