Bikes, Blues and BBQ: Fun as always!

I must first show you this little video of the coolest bike I saw at Bikes, Blues and BBQ this year:

It’s a freaking awesome chopper that has a strobish lighting and it is just parked.  So cool.

This year at Bikes, Blues and BBQ, there was definitely nothing lacking in the hundred thousand or more bikes there.

You had everything from dirt bikes (which I will say I snickered at just like I am sure all the hard core bikers did too), to crotch rockets and Boss Hoss to Custom Choppers!  The crowd was crazy, there were vendors out the wazoo (I didn’t pick up any chaps this year I know that’s disappointing).  The BBQ smelled amazing (I didn’t eat any this year because we went out to eat before hand) and the atmosphere smelled of motorcycle fumes and cigarette smoke it was wonderful (okay so the fumes and smoke not so much).  The Orange County Chopper team was there as well as Vodoo Choppers!

However what excited me the most (well next to the awesome bikes because I am waiting for the day to have my very own chopper) was getting to meet Billy Lane of Choppers Inc.!!!!!!  As we were walking around my husband spotted the lovely port o potty’s and said he needed to go and then out of the corner of my eye I saw the tent so you know me being the very demanding confident person that I am I walk right up to….his assistant and bat my eyes and ask for a picture and before you ask Yes I did that on purpose because you get in good with the assistant you get in good with the boss and sure enough after my picture with the cool biker dude assistant (what can I say I think there is something sexy about all the biker qualities):

I got to get my picture made with Billy Lane himself (who is the secret father to my imaginary child).  Most may remember him looking like this:

Which I still though was cute but oh man the dreads are gone and this is how he looks now (and I must say we make a handsome couple don’t you think).  My lovely husband stood by and watched while we canoodled took our picture:

and here he is on his bike (from our newpaper):

It was a good time had by all and here are some of my favorite bikes from the Festival (note the first one is my future bike well instead of the black I will have white flames, I will be freaking hott on that):

And of course I can’t leave you without the pictures of hubby and I.  Yes I am in 2 different outfits, I had to have a bbb outfit and a dinner outfit, okay just kidding, there was a hole in the pants I had on in the first picture and the shirt in the first did not look good with the jeans I put on so it resulted in a different outfit:
