I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Red Lobster. I received a gift card to facilitate my review promotional item as a thank-you for participating.
Getting together with friends is always sure to be full of memories and something that makes friend time even better is getting together over great food, especially when the food is endless! Recently, my mom, my cousin, my moms best friend, and myself all headed to Red Lobster to have a Girl’s Lunch. It had been a little while since we were all last together and it was time to make some new memories and fun times over lunch. One of our favorite restaurants to eat at is Red Lobster, living on the Florida Gulf Coast seafood is a way of life and one of the places that does seafood the best (in my opinion) is Red Lobster.
Anytime of the year I am more than happy to go with friends or family to Red Lobster, there is just something about those cheddar bay biscuits that call my name. However, one of the times I look going to Red Lobster the most is during their Endless Shrimp promotion. Shrimp is one of my first picks when it comes to seafood (though there are very few things that wouldn’t be picked) so add endless into the mix and it’s definitely a win/win for me.
While we waited for our main dishes, we noshed on some of the biscuits and the stuffed mushrooms, both are a must when you visit your Red Lobster. As I looked over the menu I saw that in addition to the regular endless shrimp options, there was a new addition since my last time. For $15.99* you can stick to that one dish you love or try out all four options during your lunch/dinner. The options you have are: Hand-Breaded Shrimp, Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, the new Spicy Soy-Wasabi Grilled Shrimp, or Garlic Shrimp Scampi.
I chose the last two while my mom chose the first two! Having eaten a bit of each, I can say, you really don’t go wrong no matter which one (two, three, or four) you choose. With sides like roasted veggies and sautéed green beans the endless shrimp the meal was great through every single bite.
Enjoying Endless Shrimp at Red Lobster with friends is a great way to spend time together making memories and enjoy great food. Our trip to Red Lobster was full of lots of laughs and thankfully we had a server who rolled with it the whole time. Here are a few of the serious and not so serious photos we took during our Girls Lunch Out.
If you are shrimp lover you best hurry up to your local Red Lobster because the endless shrimp is only going on for just a little bit longer. Be sure to find out all the current new and happenings by following Red Lobster on their twitter and facebook pages!
