I may or may not have a scary love for coffee. Even though I am not a several cups a day drinker, I do love to have coffee. I also like to have it quickly, sometimes that means simple and plain, creamer being the extent of my fanciness. Thanks to the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto, I can have coffee house style coffee in just a few minutes.
I was thrilled to be part of the campaign reviewing the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto. Frothy coffee in almost an instant…..yes, please! As I mentioned, I like coffee quick, which is why I always go the single serve maker route. Usually that means nothing fancy, which is okay, but it makes me miss that frothy goodness I sometimes pay too much for. With the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto, I get my froth without waiting too long, or needing a full service barista bar in my home. Plus, the added benefit of no risk of burning myself with that hot milk machine (no idea what it’s called). Frothy drinks, no burns, quick coffee…I’m in.
I received four flavors to try out: Skinny Latte Macchiatto, Caramel Latte Macchiatto, Chai Tea Latte, and Chococino. I enjoyed the first three, but LOVED the Chococino. It reminded me of how my grandmother’s stove-top hot cocoa tasted. With each pod you get instructions on how to “dial” up the flavor. NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto is the only machine that truly delivers delicious, coffee house quality creations every time with patented smart capsule technology delivering up to 15 bars of professional pressure and espresso technology.
The line brews over 17 different hot and cold beverages – with true cream and expertly layered specialty beverages with an indulgent fine milk froth – in under a minute. See, coffee in an instant! The machine is so easy to use. You simply fill the reservoir that is in the back of the Dulce Gusto, re-insert, then turn on. Once it’s heated up, you can insert your pod (or the first of two, depending on the drink), choose your coffee strength with the custom controls, and then hit the hot or cold button depending on your preference. It will brew and you will have yummy goodness in about a minute.
I am enjoying the few cold days we’ve had here in Florida, with hot tasty Chococino. While the Chococino is great as it is, I like to add a little kick to my cocoa sometimes.
