As we wrap up month 3 of the Shaklee 180™ program I wanted to update you on my progress, measurements, and some new additions to my shakes! So without further ado, here is my Shaklee 180™ Month 3 Vlog:
So, as you can see (or hear, rather) some inches didn’t change, some did, weight did, and my smoothies have a new flavor. As I go into month 4 and get ready for my recital and real beach time, I want to add some more activity into my life. I would love to hear some of your favorite workouts for someone who is starting all over. Some that you can do from home, some that you can do outside, just share them all. Also, what are some of your favorite smoothie ingredients!

I think as long as I go into everything with a happy attitude it can make even the stuff that I don’t really want to do seem better. Going in with a good attitude sometimes can make all the difference. Here’s to a great month 4!
