We’ve been counting down the days until The Croods hits theaters. From the first time we saw the trailer, my kids have been wanting to see this movie.
THE CROODS is a 3D comedy adventure that follows the world’s first modern family as they embark on a journey of a lifetime when the cave that has always been their home is destroyed. Traveling across a spectacular landscape, the Croods are rocked by generational clashes and seismic shifts as they discover an incredible new world filled with fantastic creatures — and their outlook is changed forever.
Starring the voices of Nicolas Cage, Emma Stone, Ryan Reynolds, Catherine Keener, Clark Duke and Cloris Leachman.
I am excited to see it for the voice cast alone! One thing I love is being able to combine a great movie with activities for my family. Whether that is dressing up and acting out the movie ourselves or making crafts that are about the movie, it’s fun to get interactive. Thanks to Lowe’s Build & Grow clinic I can think a little more outside of the box with our family time and The Croods movie.
What is Lowe’s Build & Grow Clinic? It’s where kids can learn some of your basic home improvement skills and get to create a free project they get to take home and show off to family and friends. Lowe’s will be hosting The Croods themed clinics on March 23 and April 13. Not only do the kids get to take their completed projects home but also an apron, goggles, and a certificate upon completion of their project. Please note the recommended age is 2-5, but I honestly thing my 7 and 9 year old will enjoy it. Don’t forget, the Build & Grow clinics are only on certain weekend days nationwide and are free of charge!
