Well, it’s been a fun 21 days, and today I am wrapping up my posting about the LISTERINE® 21-day challenge. While, I won’t be posting, I have found myself enjoying my new habits thanks to the challenge.
To remind you, as part of the 21-day challenge, which started last month, we used the following products:
- LISTERINE® Antiseptic
- LISTERINE® SMART RINSE®
- LISTERINE® WHITENING® Original Gel Fluoride Anticavity Toothpaste
- REACH® Floss
All to see how our oral health felt after the 21 days! I have to say, for me, I wanted to smile all the time.
My mouth felt much fresher thanks to the combination of products I was using. Each night, as a family, we would brush, floss, and rinse, ensuring we are taking the best care of our teeth. After all, they are going to be around for quite sometime (we hope) and we want them to look and feel good. I noticed, for myself, my gums became much less sensitive during the 21-day challenge. Same for my son, he has always had puffy gums and I have noticed a big improvement for him!
As part of this campaign I shared my “Swish Selfie” with the LISTERINE® facebook page. Check me out in all my swishing glory:
For every person who posts a “Swish Selfie” to LISTERINE® Brand’s Facebook page, LISTERINE® Brand will make a $5.00 contribution to Oral Health America’s Smiles Across America® program, up to $85,000, toward their goal of connecting 210,000 children with needed oral health services in 2014.
I’d say that’s a reason to snap that selfie. Through the challenge I really found myself LOVING the mouthwash. It left me with such a tingly fresh feeling for hours. I don’t think there will be a day that passes that I don’t start and finish with that! So, I challenge you and your family to take the 21-day challenge and start a new habit…we did and we LOVE it!
